WCPO Digital is hosting an open forum on President Obama's 2013 State of the Union address.
Obama is expected to discuss his plans to create more jobs, along with possible gun control proposals.
The president is set to take the podium at 9 p.m. EST.
After his speech, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul will deliver separate responses to the SOTU.
