This week, MSNBC host Rachel Maddow accused Fox News of going by different rules for polling criteria than it promised in May when it announced the top 10 candidates for tonight’s debate. She said it hurt snubbed Texas Gov. Rick Perry more than anyone. PunditFact rated her claim about the “changed” polling eligibility criteria Half True.
